**Location**: NIBM Pune

We are seeking a highly organized and vigilant Security Field Officer to join our team at our NIBM location in Pune. The Security Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations across various sites in the area. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Security Management**: Supervise and manage security operations across multiple sites in the NIBM area. Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.

2. **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of security guards for deployment at various sites. Maintain a roster of security personnel and ensure adequate coverage at all times.

**3. Site Monitoring**: Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned sites to identify security risks or breaches. Implement corrective measures as necessary.

**4. Emergency Response**: Act swiftly and effectively in response to security incidents or emergencies. Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure a prompt and appropriate response.

**5. Security Planning**: Develop and implement security plans and strategies tailored to each site's specific needs and requirements. Continuously assess and improve security measures to mitigate risks.

**6. Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities. Provide timely updates to management on security-related issues.

**7. Client Liaison**: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to address their security concerns and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

**8. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security operations. Stay updated on emerging security threats and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in security management, preferably in a field role.

2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

4. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.

6. Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor environments.

7. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

8. Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Security: 1 year (preferred)
