**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Assistance**: Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests. Ensure a positive experience during their stay.
- **Housekeeping**: Perform daily cleaning duties of guest rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property.
- **Maintenance Oversight**: Monitor and report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensure the security of the guest house by monitoring the premises, locking doors, and reporting any suspicious activity. Oversee guest safety protocols.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory of guest supplies, toiletries, and linen. Ensure supplies are replenished as needed.
- **Basic Administration**: Manage guest check-in/check-out logs, maintain guest records, and handle cash transactions if applicable.
- **Emergency Response**: Be available to respond to any emergencies or guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Property Management**: Regularly inspect the guest house premises and ensure the property is in excellent condition.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with the owner or management regarding any issues, concerns, or improvements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality, caretaking, or property management is a plus.
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks or supervise maintenance staff when necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Must be willing to live on-site and be available 24/7 as needed.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a problem solver.

**Working Conditions**:

- Live-in position with accommodation provided on-site.
- Must be available for emergency situations or urgent guest needs.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
