Clinical Psychologist

**Job Summary: Psychologist - Health Clinic, Kollam City**

**Qualification & Experience**:

- M.Sc / M.A in Psychology or Clinical Psychology
- RCI registration preferred (for clinical psychologists)
- 1+ year of experience in clinical, counseling, or primary care settings preferred (Freshers are also welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and individual counseling sessions
- Support patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns
- Develop care plans and therapy goals in consultation with the medical team
- Provide psychoeducation and lifestyle counseling to patients and families
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation and therapy records
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to support holistic care
- Contribute to wellness programs and awareness initiatives at the clinic

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options
- Shift timing coordination based on clinic needs and patient flow

**Contract length**: 12 months

**Pay**:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and schedule)
