Mandatory Skills SAP BASIS Database Administration Must have experience in SPS EHP Version and Kernel upgrade At least 2 from this is mandatory Must have experience in working S 4 HANA BW4 HANA Installation BPC AO etc Upgrades from 1909 to 2021 etc Must have experience in ABAP JAVA patching and upgrade Must have experience in DB2 HANA Oracle Database administration skills At least 2 from this is mandatory This role requires to be a Technical Expert SME level to Expert Level worked with Large Global Enterprise Extensive hands on S 4 HANA Fiori Administration HADR SAP ECC BI SOLMAN JAVA systems Support Project Should have self follow up on task completion and should be able to attend customer calls independently Must have deep hands on experience in Unix Linux and Windows systems and troubleshoot Unix shell scripts Must have hands on experience on system refresh using HANA Oracle DB2 backup restore method and system copies Must have done DB upgrades version and fix pack upgrades Should have experienced in Handling the L3 SAP Basis tickets Should have good skills in troubleshooting in SAP and OS issues related to SAP Good knowledge in Solution Manager 7 2 managed system setup system recommendation DVM ChaRM etc Work experience in OpenText Archive Administration is an added advantage Must have worked on BW BWA BO system Good knowledge is required on source system connection setup from BW and should have good knowledge in process chain monitoring and troubleshooting Should have good knowledge in BEX BO business explorer installation and setup Good knowledge in working with sltoolset tools like SPAM SUM Software Update Manager SWPM etc for different implementation scenarios Should have good knowledge in EP portal administration and monitoring and SSO configuration Should have good communication skills and capable enough arrange discussion with clients and co ordinate tasks with different stakeholders Should be able to take up challenges on his own without any external help should be able to handle and lead a team with expertise and guidance Extensive knowledge on the usage of maintenance optimizer planner Experience in working with tools like BMC Remedy Control M and US TAXWARE will be an added advantage Good knowledge in Wily Introscope Solution Manager Diagnostics is preferable Good to have essential AWS services knowledge Desired skills SAP BASIS Solman DB Administration Roles and Responsibilities Should play a strong team player Should be in a position to discuss with all the stake holders and in a position to provide the root cause for the issues co ordiate with multiple team on time Should guide the team also whenever is required and play a role of lead Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Qualification Graduation B E B Tech MCA Shift time 8X5 support should be in a position to provide weekend support on call support Duration of the Project Additional Information If Any Evaluation criteria Skill 1 SAP Basis Fiori S 4 Hana Administration Skill 2 SAP HANA S 4 Hana Skill 3 OS Skills on Unix Linux Windows and AWS Cloud Exposure
