**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with merchandisers and manufacturers to source materials, trims, and samples for product development.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end order process, from sample to bulk finished goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in establishing and implementing quality control procedures and standards for products.
- Participate in sample inspections and coordinate with vendor to address any quality-related issues.
- Ensure to attend to the needs of corporate special orders. Regularly visiting job work sections to oversee operations.
- Conducting thorough checks in each section to identify and rectify any operational mistakes. Ensuring that no flawed products are delivered to the company.
- Providing guidance and instructions to section personnel to meet the organization's expectations in garment production.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with sections to ensure the receipt of high-quality garments and timely delivery.
- Maintaining a routine of visiting sections and offering advice if any defects are found in the received garments.
- Keeping the Head of Department (HOD) updated on a daily basis regarding routine activities and engaging in discussions on product improvement and identifying stitching mistakes.

**Requisite Skills**
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, fabric construction, and production processes.
- Knowledge of stitching techniques
- Attention to detail
- Time management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
