**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Telecaller to join our team, focusing on guiding students aspiring to pursue MBBS studies abroad. Your role will involve initiating and managing communication with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about medical programs overseas, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or student counseling roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of medical education systems and admission processes abroad.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential students interested in MBBS programs abroad.
- Provide comprehensive information on medical universities, admission criteria, and visa procedures.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns related to studying MBBS overseas.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for counseling sessions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure progression through the admission pipeline.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to achieve enrollment targets.
