**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

**1. ALL PARTS TO BE MANUFACTURED AS PER WORK ORDER GIVEN.**

**2. PARTS TO BE MANUFACTURED AS PER DRAWINGS TO MEET QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.**

**3. DELIVERY TO BE 100 PERCENT.**

**4. CUSTOMER REJECTION TO BE ZERO PERCENT.**

**5. INTERNAL REJECTION TO BE NOT MORE THAN 01 PERCENT.**

**6. MANPOWER RESPONSIBILITY TO HANDLE.**

**7. REPORTS TO MD - WEEKLY. (WEEKLY PRODUCTION REPORT)**

**8. MAINTAINING ALL DOCUMENTS AS PER ISO SYSTEM.**

**9. GETTING THE MATERIAL KITTING READY FOR NEXT DAYS PRODUCTION PLAN.**

**10. PRODUCTION PLAN ALONG WITH MATERIAL TO BE GIVEN 01 DAY IN ADVANCE TO THE WORKERS.**

**11. MAINTAINING 5S IN SHOP FLOOR.**

**12. PROVIDING TRAINING TO OPERATERS AND HELPERS FOR OUR REQUIREMENT**

**13. GET ALL THE PARTS QUALIFIED FROM QUALITY TEAM.**

**14. SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SMOOTH WORKING OF ENTIRE FABRICATION DIVISION.**

**15. SHOULD HAVE 5 TO 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FABRICATION INDUSTRY. ESPECIALLY PRESSURE VESSELS AND PIPING**

**16. WILL BE RESPONSILE RIGHT FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER TO DISPATCHING OF MATERIAL IN CO-ORDINATION WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE TEAMS.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
