- 5-6 yrs- client level security patches installation and their connectivity with data centre. The regular patches being installed at CBIC are:

- 1. SEE
- 2. SEP
- 3. UD
- 4. APT
- 5. DLP
- 6. NAC-
Monitoring the connectivity of WAN/MPLS, UPS, Core switch, Network switches.
Provide Level-1 (L1) support to on-site LAN equipment related calls.
Maintain local call log details and share the logs on Monthly basis with Nodal officer.
PC Assembling, Troubleshooting Hardware, Software issues&driver’s installation.
Providing Operating system maintenance, management, customization & troubleshooting.
Installing and troubleshooting windows 10 & joining the system into domain.
Installing Various Software as per the management Requirement.
Configuring and Maintaining network and local Printer.
Installation and maintenance of Antivirus and managing updates provided by GUP Server.
Troubleshooting LAN issues, coordinating with Internet service providers for Internet related issues.
Coordinated with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty related issues.
Configuring and Maintaining the Video Conference Devices and Networks.
Technical Skills:
All types of Operating Systems Installing (Windows XP, Win 7,Win 8 & 8.1 and Win 10).
Configuring & Troubleshooting of LAN.
Configuring & Troubleshooting of Desktop Environment.
Responsible for maintaining computer peripherals audit.
