**About the team**:
This role is a part of our GBPA - COE Design & Research Team. The team is focused on serving and supporting clients as well as internal functions for their requirements related to UI/UX design, web solution design & development, learning solutions and content creation. Our team of designers and developers transform any complex ideas and requirements into compelling user experience.

**What you will be doing**:

- Have good working knowledge of graphical user interface principles and visual design principles
- Be familiar with Web and Windows-based human interface and design/development environment. Must be familiar with experimental design, human factors, ergonomics, research methods and behavioral sciences
- Have a demonstrated ability to design HFD, LFD using tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq etc.
- Have a demonstrated ability in scripting languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript etc. Familiar with Agile environment
- Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Must be self-motivated, keen learner, team player and results oriented. Requires good organizational skills and must be detail-oriented

**What you bring**:

- 5 to 7 Years of UI and UX design expertise
- Experience in Adobe tools such as XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Hands On experience in HTML, CSS etc.
- Experience on UI/UX design process from research to design and testing

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from HFI
- Certified HCI professional
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
