Ethoca a Mastercard company is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Information Management team who is a self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for developing and supporting of data enabled solutions that are strategic for the business and built on the latest technologies. You will be part of the Ethoca Data Science team that is working on interesting challenges which will directly impact the product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manipulates large data sets and applies various technical and statistical analytical techniques to draw insights from large data sets.
- Collates, structures, and cleanses large client data sets to be fed into downstream analytics.
- Write complex SQL queries & conduct data analysis to address different questions to support business case studies and ad-hoc requests.
- Participate and lead data quality initiatives.
- Participate and lead in building process in data quality and cleaning activities.
- Participate and lead data cleaning, validation, and labelling initiatives.
- Assist with data R&D work as delegated by senior level colleagues.
- Support in building models and algorithms.
- Meets project deadlines for accountable deliverables and anticipates delays or foreseeable barriers to progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conducts due diligence quality assurance testing for prototypes and tools in beta and resolves reoccurring complex issues and bugs experiences

B.Tech/B.E/BS in computer science or quant is required.
