We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of marketing within the dynamic HVAC industry. The intern will be involved in a wide range of activities, from content creation and marketing shoots to data collection and providing essential support to the marketing department. This role offers valuable exposure to the development and execution of marketing strategies and provides a solid foundation for a future career in marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Marketing Shoots**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media content (text, images, videos), blog posts, website copy, and brochures.
- Participate in the planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots, including location scouting, coordinating logistics, and assisting with on-set activities.
- Help in the editing and formatting of visual and written content.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Assist in gathering and organizing marketing data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, social media insights, customer surveys).
- Support the team in analyzing marketing campaign performance and identifying key trends.
- Help maintain and update marketing databases and spreadsheets.
- **Departmental Support**:

- Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing events and activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help manage and update the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports.
- Handle any other marketing-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about the HVAC industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Creativity and an eye for visual content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop).
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Jaipur.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
