Dispatch Supervisor

**Tukai Exotics, Pune's leading nursery firm in loni kalbhor is hiring for Supervisor/Team Leaders.**

**Basic Criteria for the job**:

- **Education: Minimum HSC complete.**:

- **Should know 2 wheeler driving.**:

- **Computer knowledge is must.**:

- **Should be comfortable to work Monday to Sunday (Half Day)**:

- **Working Time: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm**:
**Payments**:

- **Training Period: Rs. 8500/- to Rs. 11000/- Stipend**:

- **After Training: Rs. 12000/- to Rs. 15000/- Salary**:

- **Within a year: Rs 16000/- to Rs. 18000/- Salary (Depends on the performance)**:

- **(Monthly incentives depends on attendance)**

**Roles and responsibility**:

- **To deal with the customer for the order placed (large, small, cash and carry orders)**:

- **To understand the customers requirement and suggest the best possible orders (Upselling)**:

- **Make sure plants are available as per the order placed, if not make sure it will be available accordingly.**:

- **Form filling and billing.**:

- **Payment and settlement.**:

- **Planning, arrange and suggest transportation options and to do list.**:

- **To guide and monitor work done by the subordinates and worker.**:

- **Coordinate with the worker and get the packing, loading and unloading done.**:

- **Follow up with the customer for the feedback.**:
