Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate English Language Trainer to join our team. As an English Language Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the language proficiency and communication skills of our students. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective English language training programs to improve students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize innovative and engaging teaching strategies, incorporating a variety of materials, activities, and technologies to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and develop tailored lesson plans and learning objectives to address individual needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, focusing on areas for improvement and prescribing targeted language exercises and activities for practice.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' participation, creativity, and confidence in using English.
- Use a range of assessment tools to monitor students' progress, track performance, and provide regular reports on their language development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices, develop curriculum materials, and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in English language teaching, incorporating new techniques and resources into instruction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Stay connected with students by offering additional support, guidance, and mentoring as needed.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Certification in English language teaching, such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an English Language Trainer or English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor.
- Deep knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Strong command of teaching methodologies and language learning techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students reach their language learning goals.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and audio-visual aids for instructional purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the varied needs and learning styles of students.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
