**Designation: Associate Technical Support (International Voice Process for US shift)**

**Remuneration**:INR 1.8 to 4.80 LPA + INCENTIVES + Other Bonuses

5 Days working with two week offs / 9 hours shift a day

The job responsibility majorly involves technical assistance, taking customers inbound calls and providing soft sales. You will receive handsome incentives on top of your basic salary.

**What you will do**:

- Resolve Customer queries and Complaints
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services
- Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services
- Ability to analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems

**Essential Skill Set Required**:

- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills Proficient in English
- Professional in conduct/ behaviour, appearance and communication
- Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
- Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Some experience in International BPO is preferable

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Willing to work in night shifts

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
