Gel Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor gelatin preparation equipment according to SOPs and batch production records.
- Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of raw materials for gel mass preparation.
- Maintain proper temperature, humidity, and consistency during the gelatin melting process.
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure gel quality (viscosity, clarity, pH, etc.) meets product specifications.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area as per GMP guidelines.
- Record and maintain batch-wise production data and logbooks.
- Coordinate with encapsulation and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production flow.
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols.

**Required Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of gelatin mass preparation and softgel technology.
- Ability to handle equipment like gelatin melting tanks, transfer pumps, and vacuum systems.
- Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
- Good observation and documentation skills.
- Team player with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
