- **Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective revenue targets.**:

- **Lead Generation and Target Achievement**:

- **Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.**:

- **Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by closing deals and growing client accounts.**:

- **Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.**:

- **Sales Coordination and Presentations**:

- **Arrange meetings with senior management and decision-makers at hospitals and other healthcare facilities.**:

- **Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.**:

- **Revenue and Performance Management**:

- **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate success.**:

- **Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.**:

- **Regularly report sales progress and forecast revenue trends to senior leadership.**:

- **Market Research and Strategic Planning**:

- **Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.**:

- **Develop innovative approaches to gain a competitive edge and expand market share.**:

- **Regional Focus**:

- **Focus on driving sales initiatives in the Delhi NCR region.**

**Manage travel schedules to effectively cover key locations and clients.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
