**Head Of Finance Duties**:

- Form a budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization’s policies and procedures
- Supervise other finance and accounting professionals
- Maintain detailed records for financial analysis
- Stay abreast of current regulations, tax laws, and accounting practices
- Provide training to new and existing team members
- Oversee periodic analytical and reporting activities
- Advise the General Manager on financial management matters

**Head Of Finance Responsibilities**:

- Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
- Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
- Update property records for existing and potential new tenants
- Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of property management accounting procedures, legal requirements, and capital markets
- Familiar with accounting software packages, including Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with property management information systems
- Experience with Excel (financial projections and forecasting)
- Experience with Word (financial projections and forecasting)

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of core financial concepts
- Experience in financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrated success in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
