We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented **Collection Executive** to join MNC's.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Higher Secondary (HSC) pass with relevant experience may also be considered

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in collections or voice-based customer service (BPO experience preferred)

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities

**Compensation & Benefits**:

**Salary Range**: 28,000 - 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
