The position involves developing inspection plans, analyzing production data, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions to ensure our products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections of vacuum-formed components.
- Prepare quality control reports and maintain inspection records.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Monitor and improve production processes to minimize defects and optimize quality output.
- Analyze root causes for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Documentation & Standards**:

- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality certifications.
- **Testing & Analysis**:

- Conduct testing for product dimensions, strength, appearance, and other customer requirements.
- Use tools like calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments for precision checks.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all quality standards are understood and implemented across departments.
- **Reporting**:

- Create and analyze quality data, including defect rates, trends, and non-conformities.
- Provide detailed reports to management and suggest solutions for quality improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **quality tools** like **7 QC Tools, SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA, and 8D analysis.**:

- Proficiency in using quality inspection instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and improve processes systematically.
- Familiarity with **ISO 9001** standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
