**Job Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer at Fusion, you will play a pivotal role in producing visually engaging designs across a variety of media, including event branding, exhibition displays, digital content, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft designs that help our clients stand out in the marketplace. Your creative vision will contribute to making powerful impressions at events, exhibitions, and on digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling visual concepts for events, exhibitions, digital platforms, and print media that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work on designing and visualizing event spaces, exhibition booths, signage, and other marketing collateral to ensure a memorable brand experience.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project needs and execute designs from concept through to production.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all design deliverables, ensuring all projects meet the agency’s quality standards and deadlines.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations for client pitches, events, and campaigns.
- Adapt designs and concepts based on client feedback, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Stay up to date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of event design principles and an understanding of how to create immersive experiences through visuals.
- Familiarity with web and digital design principles, including responsive design and UX/UI concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for designing visually engaging experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media, advertisement, and content creation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
