1. **Strategic Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives for technical innovation, product development, and market expansion.

2. **R&D Center Establishment**: Lead the establishment of a state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) center focused on developing cutting-edge technologies and solutions relevant to wildlife conservation, habitat preservation, and related fields.

3. **Equipment Setup and Management**:Oversee the setup, maintenance, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities within the R&D center to support research and development activities effectively.

4. **Sales Strategy Development**:Devise sales strategies and tactics to promote the company's products and services, identifying target markets, and exploring new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

5. **Administration Process Enhancement**:Streamline and optimize administrative processes within the organization to improve operational efficiency, resource utilization, and overall productivity.

6. **Product Sourcing and Innovation**:Research and identify new products, technologies, and innovations relevant to wildlife conservation, forestry, surveillance, and related fields to enhance the company's product portfolio and maintain its competitive edge.

7. **HR Collaboration**: Work closely with the Human Resources (HR) department to understand manpower requirements, recruit and onboard skilled professionals, and ensure the availability of a talented workforce to support the company's technical operations effectively.

8. **Regulatory Compliance and Standards**: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of company products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Chief Technical Officer will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation, strategic growth, and operational excellence within A&S Creations, contributing to its continued success as a leader in wildlife conservation and habitat preservation.

Education & Professional Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree such as MBA is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a senior management position.

3. Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

4. Strong background in research and development, preferably with experience in establishing and managing R&D centres.

5. Experience in sales strategy development and implementation, with a demonstrated ability to identify target markets and drive revenue growth.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

7. Familiarity with technologies and equipment relevant to wildlife conservation and habitat preservation, such as GPS, drones, and surveillance equipment.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
