**Job Description: French Faculty (Classes 1 to 5)**

**Position**: French Faculty
**Classes**: 1 to 5
**Location**: Winmore Academy Whitefield
**Accommodation**: Provided

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with the curriculum for students in Classes 1 to 5.
- Introduce basic French vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills suitable for young learners.
- **Lesson Planning**:

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to make learning French enjoyable and effective.
- Integrate multimedia tools, games, and creative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Encourage active participation and foster a love for language learning among students.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Organize French-related extracurricular activities such as storytelling, quizzes, and cultural celebrations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and the school administration to ensure overall academic progress.
- Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French or equivalent.
- DELF certification (A2/B1 or higher) is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience with young learners (preferably Classes 1 to 5).
- Familiarity with child-centered teaching methods.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in designing engaging lesson plans and using digital tools for teaching.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
