### Job Overview

### Key Responsibilities
- **CNC Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines following technical specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks and document findings.
- Report any quality issues to the supervisor and participate in corrective actions.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive measures on CNC machines.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations.
- Keep accurate records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety training and drills as required.

### Skills and Qualifications
- **Education**:

- ITI or Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in operating CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and setup.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.
- Proven track record of operating CNC machines efficiently and maintaining quality standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
