**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach visual arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, craft, etc.) to students of various age groups as per the school’s curriculum.
- Design engaging lesson plans and projects that enhance creativity, technique, and visual literacy.
- Introduce students to different art forms, styles, materials, and art history.
- Encourage self-expression, imagination, and constructive critique among students.
- Organize and supervise art exhibitions, school displays, competitions, and workshops.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and inspiring classroom environment and ensure proper care and storage of art supplies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments on interdisciplinary projects (e.g., integrating art with history, science, etc.).
- Participate actively in school functions, cultural events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
- Prior experience teaching art in a school setting is desirable.
- Strong skills in various artistic media and techniques.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with digital art tools or software (Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Passion for art and teaching young minds.
- Ability to nurture creativity and originality in students.
- Willingness to explore and experiment with new art forms and teaching methods.
- Familiarity with integrating art into broader educational themes (STEAM education).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
