**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for client websites and internal projects.
- Continuously monitor search trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to stay ahead in the SEO game.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements for SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and ensure the website is optimized for search engines.
- Implement schema markup, rich snippets, and other advanced on-page techniques to improve search rankings.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Develop content marketing strategies to boost inbound links and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., content, design) to ensure SEO strategies align with overall brand goals.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Analyze organic traffic, conversion rates, keyword performance, and other key metrics to determine success and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and suggest actionable insights for improving search engine rankings.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and other team members to create SEO-friendly content and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry innovations, and share knowledge with the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO, preferably 1-2 years, working on both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve SEO strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience with paid advertising (PPC) or other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with Local SEO and E-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of social media strategies and how they can integrate with SEO.

Pay: ₹8,905.47 - ₹15,000.00 per month
