- Guide and prepare inhouse test rigs using the small electronics and electrical setups and sensors thereof.
Identify the gaps in current procedures and practices, make process improvements
Identify and address the problems (including addressing market defects) and their validation.
Reading drawings and interpret same in line with the development requirements.
Agreement on planned development test and target achievement and adherence to timelines.
Good learning and second level of thinking for considering long term impacts of immediate outcomes. Equipment set up and installation monitoring**A Day in the life**
- Set up and improve the test lab for engine components.
Compile, interpret and analyze the data on failures & generate the important parameters for validation
Design the test to evaluate the parts changes at Rig level
Make correlation of life of engine/ engine parts based on the data analysis software
Able to guide test engineers and working members for test accuracy.
Ability to discover problems and their correlation with the test rig and test cell results.
Engine life/ failure prediction software working knowledge.
Guide for making test rigs set up for component level functional validation**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B. Tech. / M. Tech.**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- ・Can find a technical development theme necessary to 3-5 year destination can be proposed.
Data interpretation software working experience
・Can know the trend of the regulation and propose correspondence technology to that.
