DESIGNING SKETCHES FOR NEW PRODUCTS INDEPENDENTLY - RESEARCHING CURRENT FASHION TRENDS AND DETERMINING WHAT CONSUMERS WILL LIKE - COLLABORATING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO DEVELOP IDEAS FOR NEW PRODUCTS BASED ON RESEARCH DATA - CREATING CLOTHING PATTERNS FOR MASS PRODUCTION - TESTING AND DECIDING ON FABRICS, COLORS, PATTERNS AND TEXTURES FOR EACH DESIGN - OVERSEEING THE PRODUCTION OF DESIGNS, INCLUDING CARRYING OUT FITTINGS, DETERMINING PRICES AND MANAGING MARKETING - MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS, SUPPLIERS AND MODELS - COMMUNICATING TECHNICAL DESIGN INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER SAMPLES - WORKING WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO DESIGN CLOTHES FOR UPCOMING SEASONS - SELECTING FABRICS AND TRIMS - OVERSEEING THE PROTOTYPE SAMPLE PROCESS - WORKING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO CREATE MOOD BOARDS - CREATING COST SHEETS AND PRODUCT LISTS - CORDINATION WITH INTERNS AND MASTERJI RIGHT FROM THE BEGNINING,PLANNING,EXECUTING TILL FINAL OUTCOME OF THE PRODUCT - CREATE OR VISUALISE AN IDEA AND PRODUCE A DESIGN BY HAND OR USING COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN (CAD) - CREATE MOODBOARDS TO SHOW TO CLIENTS. - KEEP UP TO DATE WITH EMERGING FASHION TRENDS AS WELL AS GENERAL TRENDS RELATING TO FABRICS, COLOURS AND SHAPES. - PLAN AND DEVELOP RANGES, OFTEN BASED ON A THEME.DESIGNING SKETCHES FOR NEW PRODUCTS INDEPENDENTLY **COLLABORATING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO DEVELOP IDEAS FOR NEW PRODUCTS BASED ON RESEARCH DATA ** CREATING CLOTHING PATTERNS FOR MASS PRODUCTION **TESTING AND DECIDING ON FABRICS, COLORS, PATTERNS AND TEXTURES FOR EACH DESIGN ** OVERSEEING THE PRODUCTION OF DESIGNS, INCLUDING CARRYING OUT FITTINGS, DETERMINING PRICES AND MANAGING MARKETING **SELECTING FABRICS AND TRIMS ** OVERSEEING THE PROTOTYPE SAMPLE PROCESS **WORKING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO CREATE MOOD BOARDS ** CREATE OR VISUALISE AN IDEA AND PRODUCE A DESIGN BY HAND OR USING COMPUTER**AIDED DESIGN (CAD)**

**Salary**: ₹12,400.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
