Manage the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of the project.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders such as engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and reports.
- Monitor the project budget and report on expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and manage the construction team, ensuring proper work allocation and overseeing the execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular site meetings with the team and stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to site workers on safety and work standards.
- Oversee the installation of solar panels, inverters, electrical connections, and other components according to technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure that construction and installation are proceeding smoothly and according to plan.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction activities and equipment.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site as required, and manage the storage and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays encountered during the construction or installation phases, including technical, logístical, and manpower challenges.
- Communicate any changes in project scope or timeline to clients or upper management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the project, including site reports, progress updates, inventory records, and compliance certificates.
- Submit daily or weekly progress reports to upper management or clients.
- Ensure that all regulatory and permitting requirements are met.
- Supervise the testing, commissioning, and final inspection of the solar system once installed.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed for handover to the client or operations team.
- Provide support for the post-installation phase, ensuring that the system is functioning as expected.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
