**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 and 12) in a structured and engaging manner.
- Plan, develop, and deliver effective lessons that adhere to the curriculum.
- Create and implement assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Use modern teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to explore mathematical concepts with confidence.
- Offer additional academic support to students who need assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and departmental initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the senior secondary level.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum, syllabus, and exam structure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in teaching at a reputed educational institution.
- Familiarity with using educational technologies and digital learning platforms.
- A passion for fostering a love for Mathematics in students.
