- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical skills (MS Excel, Google Apps Suite; sheets, docs, slides etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and has basic ability to comfortably operate a computer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Flexible working in night shiftYou must have a stable internet connection

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Process customer information, transactions and updates.
- Input collected data into company systems.
- Generate reports as required by the department in accordance with outlined standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources.
- Work collaboratively with others in the department.Meet productivity metrics as assigned by the department.

**Job Type**:Contract to hire for 9 months duration, the same can be extended further based on business requirement.
