**Job Title: Ecommerce Internship**

**Location**: Vishwasya Technologiess Private Limited
**Duration**: 3 months
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday To Wednesday (Thursday weekly off)
**Eligibility**: Open to any student pursuing graduation

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Ecommerce Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of online retail.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As an Ecommerce Intern, you would get exposure to:

- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Assist in adding new products to the website or ecommerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Update inventory and product information regularly.
- **Order Processing**:

- Help process orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and update order statuses, track shipments, and assist in resolving customer issues related to orders.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Data Entry & Analysis**:

- Collect and analyse data related to sales, product performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating reports for ongoing ecommerce activities and performance analysis.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales, and discounts.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Monitor website functionality and report any technical issues to the technical team.
- Help in updating the website with the latest content, offers, and banners.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a graduation degree (any field).
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in online retail, marketing, and ecommerce trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
