**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide online consultation and support to junior doctors during home visits to patients.
- Review and analyze patient reports, lab results, and treatment plans prepared by junior doctors.
- Offer expert medical advice and guidance on complex cases or situations that require specialized knowledge.
- Ensure that the highest standards of medical care are maintained by junior doctors during home visits.
- Participate in regular virtual meetings with the medical team to discuss ongoing cases and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.
- Assist in the continuous training and development of junior doctors by sharing knowledge and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- MD Medicine or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 0 to 3 years of clinical experience in internal medicine or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to make informed decisions remotely.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A patient-centered approach to care with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
