**Job Title**: Sales Operations & Revenue Assurance Executive
**Location**: Rajkot
**Experience Required**: 3-4 Years
**Qualification**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with daily operations, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and validation related to sales and revenue
- Monitor revenue assurance processes to prevent leakages and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics, etc.) to streamline sales and billing workflows
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel
- Assist in forecasting and revenue reconciliation
- Handle documentation, follow-ups, and customer communication where required
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better revenue control

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Proven experience in coordination and back-end sales operations
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

**Preferred Experience**:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue assurance, or coordination roles
- Prior experience in telecom, FMCG, or service industries will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
