Seeking an experienced **Interior design trainer** who has minimum 5 years of experience.

**Experience**: 5-8 years
**Location**: Khar west
Salary will be based lecture wise.

**Class timings**: Monday, Tuesday, Wesnesday - 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interior design training programs, workshops, and courses that align with the needs and objectives of the students or professionals.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, lectures, and demonstrations that cover various aspects of interior design, including design principles, color theory, space planning, materials and finishes, lighting, and furniture arrangement.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to students in using design software, tools, and equipment commonly used in the field of interior design.
- Provide feedback, critique, and evaluation on student work, assignments, and projects to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Support and mentor students, providing guidance, advice, and encouragement to help them achieve their learning goals and develop their creative and technical abilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in interior design, and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other trainers, faculty, or professionals to contribute to curriculum development, course design, and program enhancement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining attendance records, preparing training materials, and managing training resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students or professionals, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure a safe learning environment for students during training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an interior designer, with a strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and critique in a supportive and encouraging manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in teaching or training, such as conducting workshops or courses, is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in interior design or education are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,546.30 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 5 years (preferred)
