Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior designers with creating visual concepts and layouts for marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team with graphic design needs such as editing images, creating graphics, and designing newsletters.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and messaging.
- Research industry trends and incorporate new design concepts into projects.
- Support team members in various tasks related to design and production.
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within the given timeline.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for graphic design and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
