Title: Medical Coder

Location: Chennai

**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E&M (Evaluation and Management) Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. The E&M Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing medical records and accurately assigning appropriate evaluation and management codes based on documentation provided by healthcare providers. This role ensures compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and billing standards.

**What we are looking for**:
Analyze and interpret medical records and provider documentation to assign E&M codes.

Ensure accurate coding in compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of documentation to support coding decisions.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation or coding questions.

Stay updated on changes in coding regulations and industry standards.

Assist in resolving coding-related billing discrepancies or denials

**Job Details**:
Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Both Certified & Non-Certified)

Package: Best in the industry

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.
