**Job Summary**:
As a Trade Activation Executive, you will play a crucial role in activating their trading accounts. You will work closely with clients to guide them through the trading & investment process, address their queries, and ensure a seamless experience as they begin their investment journey with Ashika.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Trade Activation and Support**:
Educate clients on using Ashika’s trading platforms and tools.

Assist clients in placing their first trades and understanding the basic functionalities of the platform.

Encourage inactive clients to resume trading activities by providing support and guidance.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Proactively reach out to clients to understand their trading preferences and requirements.

Build trust and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their queries promptly.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines during the client activation process.

Maintain records of client interactions, activation status, and reports for internal tracking.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Any field.

**Experience**
- 0-2 years in customer support, sales, or account activation, preferably in the stock broking or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
