**Role Overview**:
As a Nutritionist in a Sales role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking support through our fertility-focused programs. This role involves understanding each prospect's background, gathering medical and lifestyle history, explaining our offerings, and showcasing how Fertility Dost can provide valuable support in their journey to parenthood. You will also play an essential part in driving engagement and conversion with our program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Initiate contact with prospects, engage in empathetic conversations, and create a comfortable environment to discuss their needs and history.
- **History Taking**: Gather comprehensive medical, lifestyle, and fertility-related information from potential clients to understand their unique needs.
- **Program Explanation**: Provide clear, informative details on Fertility Dost's nutrition and fertility programs, benefits, and success stories.
- **Inspire and Inform**: Highlight the benefits of joining Fertility Dost, explaining how our holistic approach supports fertility health.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Engage prospects effectively to convert them into program participants, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- **Incentives**: Earn incentives based on successful conversions and sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Experience in a sales-focused role in health, wellness, or fertility is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- **Empathy and Sensitivity**: Understanding the challenges faced by those struggling with fertility; able to offer support in a compassionate manner.
- **Sales Orientation**: A motivated individual with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and a desire to drive meaningful impact in clients' lives.
