Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, and similar freelancing platforms.
- Write persuasive and customised proposals to win projects.
- Analyse client requirements and ensure project bids align with their needs.
- Maintain a high level of communication with prospective clients to understand their expectations and negotiate terms.
- Keep track of bid status and follow up on proposals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure projects are within the company’s scope and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to refine bidding strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project scopes and requirements in various industries (e.g., web development, marketing, design, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple bids and proposals at the same time.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
