Principal - (Pharmacy College)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all academic and administrative operations of the Pharmacy College.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, and University norms.
- Design, implement, and update curriculum in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and assess faculty members and promote a culture of academic excellence.
- Encourage research activities, publications, and student engagement in scientific pursuits.
- Develop collaborations with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, and research institutions for internships and training.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, teaching, and student performance.
- Represent the college during inspections, audits, and external engagements.

**Qualifications & Experience**: ✔ Ph.D. in Pharmacy or M.Pharm from a PCI-approved institution.
✔ **Minimum 15 years of teaching experience** in a PCI-recognized Pharmacy institution.
✔ Proven track record in academic leadership and administration.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹1,20,000.00 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
