Looking for Mechanical Designer With Mandatory Experience In Precision Sheet metal Parts, and Preferred but not mandatory Experience in Precision Machined Components.

Practical Experience in Designing Hydraulic /Power Press Tool for Sheet metal Operations Shearing, Bending, Hemming, Lancing etc. Education: BE (Mechanical) Skills:
1. Design for Manufacturability for Precision Sheetmetal and Precision Machining Components

2. Design for Sheetmetal Press Tool Operations

3. Practical Understanding of Tolerances For Sheetmetal/ Tool Design and Machined Components

4. Practical Understanding of Pre Finish and Finishing Manufacturing Processes like Abrasive Blasting, Buffing, Polishing, Anodising, Powder Coating, Electroplating

5. Working Knowledge of CNC Programming on Turning Centres, Vertical Milling Centres, CNC Bending and CNC Laser Cutting Machines/ Turret Press Machines

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400018, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machining: 1 year (preferred)
- Drafting: 1 year (preferred)
- 3D Modelling: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- 3D CAD Certificate (preferred)
