House of Wok is a Pan-Asian restaurant chain that has rapidly grown to become one of the most beloved and esteemed culinary destinations throughout India. Our story began in October 2019, when two childhood friends, who lacked any prior experience in the food industry but shared a fervent passion for gastronomy, embarked on a journey to create a distinctive culinary experience. Currently operating five outlets with five more in the opening phase, we are excited to bring our culinary excellence to even more locations. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Call our customers to get their contact details.
- ⁠Contact both delivery and dine in customers to update on promotional offers or events
- ⁠Communication channel to be either calls or WhatsApp
- ⁠Past guest service experience preferred
- ⁠Should have decent command over English
- ⁠basic proficiency in using computers, MS Office

⁠**Shift hours**:
2pm - 10:30/11pm

**Description**:

- Work from home
- Female only
- must be located in delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
