Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary: As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and brand identities. You will work closely with clients or project managers to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website layouts, and other marketing collateral.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, project objectives, and target audience demographics. Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to meet client expectations.

Brand Identity Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities by creating consistent design elements, such as color palettes, typography, and imagery, that reflect the brand's values and positioning.

Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit visual assets. Stay updated on emerging design trends and software updates.

Print Production: Prepare design files for print production, ensuring proper specifications, color profiles, and file formats are met. Coordinate with printing vendors to oversee the printing process and ensure the final output meets quality standards.

Illustration and Image Editing: Create original illustrations or manipulate existing images to enhance visual storytelling and convey complex ideas effectively.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
