**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote chess lessons via video call
- Tailor teaching approaches based on student needs and skill levels
- Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare and share educational materials and practice exercises
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in teaching chess (online experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of chess strategies and techniques
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Ability to manage time effectively for flexible scheduling
- Reliable internet connection and necessary teaching equipment
