The Sales Representative role necessitates a diligent and results-oriented individual who possesses a nuanced understanding of lighting design, exemplary sales skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. This position involves the cultivation of relationships with clients and interior designers, comprehension of their lighting requirements, and the provision of bespoke solutions from our extensive product repertoire.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Serve as the primary liaison for clients and interior designers, fostering robust relationships founded on reliability and professionalism.
- **Product Presentation**: Articulate the merits of our comprehensive range of modern and decorative lighting fixtures and architectural lighting solutions to clients and interior designers, elucidating features, advantages, and design potentialities.
- **Needs Assessment**: Discern the unique lighting prerequisites and preferences of clients and interior designers through attentive listening and discerning inquiry.
- **Solution Selling**: Propose suitable lighting solutions tailored to the client's specifications, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and financial parameters.
- **Quoting and Proposal Generation**: Compile precise quotes and proposals for clients, delineating product specifications, pricing structures, and delivery schedules.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team, designers, and project managers to ensure the flawless execution of lighting projects from inception to fruition.
- **Market Research**: Remain abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the lighting sector to adeptly position our products and services.
- **Networking and Events**: Participate in industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and networking events to expand our clientele base and fortify brand recognition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, ideally within the lighting industry or a cognate field.
- Profound understanding of lighting design principles, fixtures, and technologies.
- Superlative communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies.
- Capacity to operate both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced milieu.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
