Key responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating terms, managing purchase orders, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate purchasing records to support inventory control and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- **Vendor Research & Management**:Identify new suppliers, obtain quotes, and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- **Order Processing & Tracking**:Place and track orders, ensure timely delivery of goods, and confirm order details with vendors.
- **Inventory Monitoring**:Monitor stock levels and help replenish inventory as needed to prevent shortages.
- **Market & Price Research**:Research industry trends, analyze vendor offers, and negotiate prices to achieve cost-effective purchases.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of vendors, purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory details in the company's database.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:Communicate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and specifications.
- **Issue Resolution**:Resolve discrepancies with suppliers or delivery issues to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
