**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for job openings.
- Manage the hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Keep up to date with recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple job openings at once.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
