**Job Title**:Jr. Executive - Purchase

**Location**: Ambad,Nashik

**Department**:Purchase

**Reporting To**:Purchase Head

**Position Overview**:
The Jr. Executive - Purchase will assist the purchase team in sourcing materials,

coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement records to ensure

smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery

timelines.

2. Prepare and issue purchase orders as per approved requisitions.

3. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

4. Maintain and update supplier database and purchase records.

5. Co-ordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.

6. Assist in price negotiations and comparison analysis.

7. Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase manager about replenishment needs.

8. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in purchase or procurement (freshers can apply).
- Male/Female Both can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,773.54 - ₹25,486.48 per month
