**Responsibilities:

- **
- Physical verification of inventory.
- Knowledge about the cost of products.
- Overtime working & attendance checking.
- Knowledge of logistics working.
- Knowledge of procurement & dispatch processes.

**- Stock & Inventory**: System Implementation, Checking, Co-ordination, Guidance.

**- Audit**: Audit of all subsidiaries.

**- Misc**:Guidance on any other matter, personal taxation of Directors Tax Planning.
- Analyzing & looking for available avenues for improving earning & internal control systems.
- Designing & implementing Costs systems & management control system in order assess products-wise contribution & profitability & costing of all product.
- Closely involved with ERP system improvements at factory & corporate office.
- Accurate & timely day accounting at factory liaison with Internal & Statutory Auditor.
- Taking necessary training for upgrading business knowledge of employees & gap analysis.
- You have to prepare detailed presentation for management review as an when required.

**- Legal**: Assessments, Scrutiny, Audit, Appeal, Show Cause Notices, High Court.

**- Accounts**: Finalization, Online Transactions, Profitability, Co-ordination, Guidance.

**- Taxation**: Income Tax, Service Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Cess, TDS Compliance.
- Other Adhoc duties assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
