**About Us**: We are a growing IT services company specializing in delivering innovative solutions across web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We're looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team and manage business development activities on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
**Key Responsibilities**:Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms. Identify and bid on relevant projects daily. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals. Meet monthly targets for leads, conversions, and revenue. Keep up with market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy.
**Requirements**:0-1 years of proven experience managing Upwork/Freelancer accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and present suitable solutions. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with IT services like web/app development, Shopify, WordPress, etc., is a plus.
